Editors
Stillpointe is written and kept up by a small editorial team. We do one thing: watch vertical short dramas and write down what happens in them, clearly enough that you can decide whether to start a series, catch up on an episode you missed, or check a detail you half-remember.
How a guide gets made
- We watch every episode that plays on Stillpointe, start to finish. Nothing on a drama page is written from a trailer, a poster or a platform blurb.
- We take scene notes as we go. Each scene gets a timestamp, the place, who is in it and what they do. Character names are written the way they appear on screen or are spoken in the dub. Quoted lines are copied word for word.
- The guide is written from those notes only. The story overview, the episode-by-episode guide, the character list and the questions at the bottom of each page all come from what we saw. The scene-by-scene section on each episode page is written separately for that episode.
- We check the draft against the video before it goes live. If a name, a relationship or the order of events does not match what is on screen, it gets fixed.
What we do not do
- We do not guess at plot we have not watched. If a page stops at a certain episode, that is where our notes stop.
- We do not invent character names. When the show never names someone, we describe them instead.
- We do not repeat a platform's marketing copy as if it were plot.
- We do not publish ratings or reviews. These pages tell you what happens; whether you will like it is your call.
Keeping pages current
Every drama page shows the date it was last updated. When more episodes become available on Stillpointe, the guide and the episode pages are extended, and the FAQ is revised if the answers have changed.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, we want to know. Mention the drama, the episode and what you saw, and we will check it against the video and fix the page.
