I just finished watching After I was sacrificed to the evil dragon, my brothers regretted it, and I am still reeling from the story. It is a heartbreaking drama about Princess Mira, a girl raised by the royal family of the Silver Moon Kingdom. For seventeen years, she was a beloved sister to three princes. That all changed when Serla, who claimed to be the biological princess, returned to the palace. Serla is not the sweet girl she pretends to be. She systematically turns the family against Mira, stealing her belongings and framing her for crimes she did not commit.
The betrayal goes deeper than just lies. Mira’s brothers and parents become cold and cruel, believing everything Serla says. Desperate to protect the kingdom from a dragon threat, Mira makes a secret pact to sacrifice herself in exchange for peace. Even more tragic, she gives her own heart to her brother Solin, who suffers from a heart condition, without telling him the truth. On her eighteenth birthday, the family expels her, and she walks alone toward a final fate. It is a story of sacrifice, misunderstanding, and the painful regret that only comes when it is far too late. If you want to see how this story unfolds, you can watch it right here on Stillpointe.

EP 1: The Dragon's Covenant
Mira approaches a massive dragon on a sacrificial altar, volunteering to be the life given for a century of peace. The dragon is surprised to recognize her as the princess of the Silver Moon Kingdom. He brands her back with a sacrificial mark, sealing the pact. He gives her three days to change her mind, but Mira refuses. She feels she has no family left and believes sacrificing herself is the only way to save the kingdom from its current crisis.
EP 2: A Life Changed
Seventeen years ago, three princes saved a young Mira from an dragon attack and raised her as their sister. She lived a happy life until Serla, the true princess, returned to the palace. The royal family showered Serla with affection, pushing Mira aside. While the family celebrated Serla’s return, Mira watched from the shadows. She caught Serla smirking with malice, realizing the girl who claimed to be her sister was a threat to her peace.
EP 3: Framed in the Stable
Serla enters the stable to torment Mira and her horse, Shadow. When Mira begs her to stop, Serla beats and chokes her. Hearing the brothers approaching, Serla intentionally makes the horse kick her and then cuts her own arm with a sharp rock. She collapses, crying and falsely accusing Mira of attacking her with the horse. The eldest brother rushes in, hearing Serla’s lies, and explodes with rage at Mira for the supposed assault.
EP 4: The Loss of Shadow
The brothers enter the stable and immediately believe Serla’s version of events. They ignore Mira’s desperate pleas of innocence. In a fit of cruel punishment, one of the princes draws his sword and slaughters Mira’s beloved horse, Shadow. Mira is left sobbing in the straw, clutching the body of her horse. She reflects on the dragon’s prophecy that a pure, selfless sacrifice is needed, realizing she truly has no one left in the palace to protect her.
EP 5: Abandoned on the Road
Mira tries to protect village people from a rampaging dragon but is badly beaten and left unconscious against a wall. The royal carriage passes by later. Serla acts frightened, clinging to her brother Kyle for safety. Solin, looking out the carriage window, suddenly spots Mira lying bloodied and motionless on the side of the road. He screams for the driver to stop the carriage in a panic, realizing their sister is in danger.
EP 6: Cold Rejection
The carriage stops, but the brothers are still under Serla's influence. They refuse to help the wounded Mira, calling her a commoner and a disgrace. They leave her on the road. Later, Mira visits the palace garden with her maid, Elsa, hoping to see her home one last time. The Queen finds her and mocks her for being weak, refusing to show any sympathy. Mira stands in silence as the Queen walks away, her heart breaking from the family's cruel treatment.
EP 7: The Pact is Sealed
Mira watches the Queen and her brothers pampering Serla in the Sacred Spring. The memory of the Queen once promising to protect her causes Mira to weep. Later, the High Priest announces that the Dragon King has accepted an anonymous orphan as the sacrificial vessel. The family praises this unknown hero, comparing her favorably to Mira. When the brother in the wheelchair suggests checking on Mira, Serla reacts with visible, jealous rage.
EP 8: Ungrateful Accusations
Mira lies in her bedroom, tending to her wounds. She tells Elsa she cannot stop trying to save the kingdom because it gave her a home for so long. The brothers storm in, having overheard her saying she wished she had never been rescued. They lash out at her for being ungrateful. Mira begins to cough violently from her internal injuries, but the brothers ignore her pain, accusing her of faking an illness to manipulate them.
EP 9: The Hidden Sacrifice
A priest announces that the Dragon King has granted a heart-grafting rite to save Solin. The brothers rejoice, and Solin tells Mira she no longer needs to worry about him. Mira smiles through her tears, knowing the truth: she is the one who sacrificed her own heart to save him. The flashback shows the dragon warning her that the rite would halve her lifespan and leave her broken, but she agreed to do it anyway.
EP 10: A Birthday Forgotten
The brothers visit Mira to announce the news of the sacrifice and the heart surgery, completely forgetting it is her eighteenth birthday. They leave for a banquet without her.
