I just spent the afternoon watching In This Life, the White Fox Prince Slays for Me online right here on Stillpointe, and I have to talk about it. If you want a fantasy story where the heroine refuses to be a doormat in her second life, this one hits every mark. Aurora Everhart starts out giving everything to help her black fox fiancé Darius take human shape. In return, he guts her cultivation core, takes her unborn cub, and hands her life away to her sister Brielle. Then Aurora opens her eyes in the throne room on the exact day of the mate selection ceremony.
Instead of picking Darius again, Aurora hands him right over to Brielle. She announces her union with Prince Cassian Frostvale, the feared four-tailed white fox prince who seems completely untouchable. That single choice flips the entire dynamic of Moonridge Palace. Brielle thinks she won a prize, but Darius turns out to be weak, petty, and full of venom. The sisters trade sharp remarks in the palace halls. Meanwhile, the council elders side with Brielle at every turn and try to strip Aurora of her status.
Cassian keeps his distance at first, yet the second someone crosses the line, he steps in with brutal authority. The tension between them builds fast because he might already know how she died in her previous life. If you are looking to catch up on In This Life, the White Fox Prince Slays for Me full episodes, you can follow along below to see every key scene, sharp insult, and palace confrontation.

In This Life, the White Fox Prince Slays for Me Episode Guide
EP 1: A Second Chance at the Altar
Aurora faces a horrific end in her bedchamber. Darius brutally rips out her cultivation core and unborn cub to offer them to her sister Brielle. Brielle mocks Aurora before choking her to death. Suddenly, Aurora opens her eyes in the grand throne room. Her wounds are gone and her body is whole. She realizes she traveled back in time to the mate selection day. The Fox King sits on the throne. He commands her to pick her future husband between Cassian and Darius.
EP 2: Choosing the White Fox Prince
Brielle makes a grand show of pity for the frail black fox huddled in the corner. Aurora recognizes him immediately as Darius, the monster from her past. A flashback shows how Brielle manipulated the crowd into forcing Aurora to take him back then. That choice led to the theft of her powers and the loss of her child. Back in the present hall, Aurora refuses to fall into the same trap. She interrupts before the Grand Elder can speak. Aurora loudly declares she chooses to bond with Prince Cassian Frostvale.
EP 3: Cold Glances and Council Scolding
Cassian fixes cold eyes on Aurora after her declaration. Brielle asks if she is sure about her choice. Aurora happily gives Darius away. The Fox King decrees both marriages settled. In the corridor, Aurora catches Cassian's cloak to greet him, but he walks away without a word. Brielle approaches with Darius and tries to mock her sister. Aurora tells Brielle to pray her little fox can even manage human form. Soon after, the Grand Elder drags Aurora to the council hall. He angrily scolds her for rejecting the weak beast.
EP 4: Darius Takes Human Form
Aurora stands in the Great Hall and reflects on the blatant hypocrisy of the elders. A messenger runs inside with urgent news. The black fox has achieved human form. Dark mist fills the hall, and Darius steps forward in dark robes. Brielle staggers in right behind him. She sacrificed massive amounts of spiritual power to trigger his change. Darius thanks Brielle with sweet words. Then he turns toward Aurora with pure hatred in his eyes. He calls her arrogant and vows to make her beg at his feet one day.
EP 5: The Poison Arrow
Aurora laughs at Darius because his fox tail remains visible after the transformation. The Head Elder attacks her attitude and defends the royal son. Brielle asks for high-grade spirit stones from the palace to stabilize Darius. Aurora calls her out for draining clan treasures instead of giving her own strength. Furious at her defiance, the elders summon spiritual power to crush Aurora and threaten to cripple her cultivation. Brielle sneaks out a bow and shoots a poisoned green arrow at Aurora. Cassian roars in fury as he steps in to defend his fiancée.
EP 6: In Every Way
Cassian snatches the poisoned arrow bare-handed in midair. Aurora unleashes her nine tails, and Cassian unleashes his own crushing aura. The display forces the terrified elders to back down immediately. Cassian warns Brielle that her life is spared only because she is Aurora's sister. Darius speaks up and accuses Cassian of interfering in palace affairs. Cassian does not even look at him. He simply tells Darius to get out. The force knocks Darius down spitting blood. Brielle weeps and asks how she is inferior to Aurora. Cassian coldly answers that she is lesser in every way.
EP 7: The Shattered Relic
Darius wipes blood from his lips and drags Brielle away while making bitter threats. When Aurora thanks Cassian for saving her, he stays aloof. He reminds her not to cause him trouble and walks away. Seven days pass until the ancestral ceremony arrives. During the gathering, the sacred Spirit Gathering Pearl suddenly shatters into silver dust on the altar. The hall erupts in panic. The Grand Elder immediately points his finger at Aurora. She demands real proof. Brielle steps forward and tells the crowd that she saw Aurora approach the sacred altar.
EP 8: Cassian Defends His Woman
Brielle cries fake tears and claims Aurora broke the sacred relic out of pure jealousy. Darius backs up the lie and testifies as a false witness against Aurora. The clan turns hostile. Without checking any facts, the Grand Elder finds Aurora guilty on the spot. He orders armored guards to strip her cultivation and cast her out of Moonridge Palace. Guards raise their weapons to strike her down. Cassian charges forward into the confrontation. He announces that nobody in the palace has the right to touch or condemn his woman.
