Episode 1 recap: A Second Chance to Walk Away

Young Lena Clermont falls for Andrew Rohan after he covers her ruined white trousers with his suit jacket at a banquet. Five years later, Andrew is drugged at an event. Lena offers herself as his antidote. Nicole Jenner catches them in bed, flees outside, and dies under a truck. Andrew marries Lena out of spite and forces eighteen abortions on her. Lena dies in the hospital, but she wakes up five years earlier on the night of the poisoning. Andrew begs for help. Lena turns around and leaves him on the floor.
