Episode 2 recap: Anger Baseline

CTO Harlow monitors the released woman from a screen in the command center. An assistant reports that the subject is active and asks for a baseline aggression reading for the pre-crime protocol. Harlow decides that her baseline will be registered as anger the moment she leaves the cage. Meanwhile, the woman walks past city cameras toward a vintage shop. A man behind the counter hands her a folded black uniform and asks if she is the new hire reporting in to fulfill her mandatory probation requirement.
