    Chloe pretends to worry about Ava's feelings while standing under the pole. Ethan laughs off her concerns. He brags that Ava has loved him for ten years and calls her a pushover who will immediately forgive him after a few sweet words.

  3. 01:47: Heartbreak and Painful Memories

    Ava listens to Ethan's cold speech from above and feels heartbroken. Memories flood back of how Ethan constantly took advantage of her feelings over the years. She remembers him repeatedly hurting her because he assumed she would never turn against him.

    The District Superintendent has Ava brought down and asks if she wants to transfer. Ava looks across the field and sees Ethan passionately kissing Chloe. Realizing Ethan never cared about her, Ava accepts the offer to leave the school.
