Hailey confronts Eric for his betrayal inside the cottage bedroom. She summons a dark portal, scoops up one infant, and flees while swearing revenge. Eric drops his sword and scoops up the crying baby left behind. He claims the boy as Felix and warns the High Priest that anyone who harms his son will face his wrath. Fifteen years pass in peace. A teenage Felix rides a pegasus into the academy courtyard, right before a massive black dragon lands with his twin brother Victor.
