Episode 2 recap: The Standoff

A prison guard drags an innocent Beta cleaner toward the electric chair. Lucian steps up, blocks the baton, and defends the cleaner. Warden Vincent leaps down from a high balcony to confront him. He demands that Lucian take the chair himself if he wants to play savior. Lucian calls out Vincent's corrupt sense of justice. Jasper and the chained prisoner Killian arrive to watch the standoff. Vincent orders Lucian to the chair. Killian suddenly lunges across the floor. He grabs Lucian by the throat and slams him against a stone pillar.
