I just stayed up late watching this show on Stillpointe, and I need to talk to someone about it. If you want to watch After I Brought Water to the Other Team's Star online, you came to the right spot. The story centers on Rhea, a high schooler who spent years chasing her neighbor Ethan Carter. Ethan serves as the hockey captain at Westwood Academy. He told her back in sophomore year that he does not date in high school. Yet he constantly strings her along while keeping plenty of female friends around.
Everything changes during a scrimmage against rival school Saint Clair. Rhea tags along because her dormmate Mia invites her. Mia makes sure Rhea knows that Ethan only invited Mia. During the break, Ethan's teammates come up with a ridiculous dare. They want someone to distract Saint Clair's star player, number seven Jasper Hale. Ethan does not even defend Rhea. He simply agrees to the plan. That cold brush-off snaps Rhea out of her stupor. She grabs a water bottle, walks straight over to Jasper, and starts talking to him.
Jasper turns out to be playful and sharp, completely opposite to Ethan's sour attitude. He takes her bottle, sits next to her on the bench, and leads his team to a big win. Rhea finally starts seeing how Ethan manipulated her with mixed signals over the years. You get sports rivalry and dorm tension alongside a girl who learns her real worth. After I Brought Water to the Other Team's Star Episode Guide
EP 1: A Cold Welcome
Rhea remembers confessing her feelings to Ethan Carter back in sophomore year. He rejected her by claiming he does not date in high school. Now in their senior year, Rhea's dormmate Mia finishes her makeup and invites Rhea to Ethan's hockey scrimmage against Saint Clair. Rhea arrives at the ice rink expecting a warm greeting. Instead, Ethan coldly asks why she showed up. Mia then announces to everyone that Ethan only invited her, not Rhea. Ethan stares tenderly at Mia while Rhea stands ignored and humiliated near the bench.
EP 2: Taking the Dare
Saint Clair dominates the ice during the first period. Mia cheers loudly for Ethan and hands him a bottle of water during intermission. The Westwood teammates want to slow down Saint Clair's star forward, Jasper Hale. Teammate number 10 suggests sending Rhea over as a distraction. Mia asks Ethan what he thinks, and Ethan carelessly agrees. Rhea decides she is done holding back. She calls Jasper hot and takes a bottle across the ice. She walks up behind Jasper at the rival bench, taps his back, and offers him the drink.
EP 3: First Drink
Jasper takes the water bottle from Rhea with a smile. Their fingers brush, and he teases her about cheering for his rivals. Jasper heads onto the rink while his teammate Jake invites Rhea to sit down. Jake explains that Jasper has never accepted water from any other girl before. Jasper spots them laughing together from the ice. He quickly orders Jake to swap shifts, skates over, and sits right next to Rhea on the bench. Saint Clair wins the match. Ethan leads Westwood through the handshake line with a bitter expression.
EP 4: Moving On
Ethan glares at Rhea on the rival bench and questions why she stayed. Rhea steps away from Jasper and meets her peers near the corridor. Ethan demands that Rhea join them for late-night food at a diner she once suggested. Rhea coldly refuses because the offer came far too late. Back in bed, Rhea checks her phone. She sees Ethan's photo with Mia captioned with the words about losing the game but winning her. The post does not break Rhea. Instead, she feels relieved and ready to let Ethan go.
EP 5: Time to Wake Up
Mia returns to the dorm room with takeout pastries and asks Rhea to eat. Rhea declines from her bed. Moments later, Ethan sends a text asking if she received the food. This message triggers painful memories for Rhea. She remembers how Ethan constantly gave her mixed signals. He gave flowers to another girl during an art showcase, yet he walked Rhea home afterward. Rhea sees that Ethan only keeps her close to protect his ego. She puts her phone down on the bed and decides to stop being a fool.
