EP 1: The Strike of Fate
Bill rides his delivery scooter through suburban streets when Susan's doctor calls with terrible news. The hospital will discharge Susan from the ICU unless Bill pays three hundred thousand dollars today. In panic, Bill calls his girlfriend Jenny to get his savings back. Jenny is in bed with a wealthy heir named Conley and cruelly tells Bill that Susan is better off dead. Bill breaks down in tears over his sister. He rushes to finish orders, but a red sports car hits him and lightning strikes his eye.
EP 2: Betrayal at the Door
Bill wakes up on the pavement and notices glowing blue numbers floating above the blonde driver's head. His delivery app alerts him that an order is about to expire, so he rushes to a luxury house. A shirtless Conley opens the door in a towel. Jenny calls out from the bedroom, telling Conley to forget the protection. Bill walks in, discovers Jenny in bed, and punches Conley in the face. Jenny stops Bill from striking again by warning him that a jail sentence will kill Susan.
EP 3: A Hidden Treasure
Outside the mansion, Bill tests his strange vision on a ladybug and a gardener. He sees their lifespans in glowing numbers. He inspects a dollar bill and discovers its complete production history. Bill heads straight to Chinatown to exploit this gift. He browses street stalls and spots a genuine court jade pendant from the sixteenth century. The piece is worth over three hundred thousand dollars. The vendor demands half a million, but Bill plays it cool and offers just two hundred dollars.
EP 4: Calling the Bluff
The street vendor accepts the two hundred dollars and laughs behind Bill's back, convinced he fooled a fool. Bill takes the jade pendant into a luxury antique shop. The appraiser sneers at Bill's courier uniform and tries to buy the piece for ten thousand dollars, claiming it is common modern jade. Bill calls out the dealer's bluff on the spot. He identifies the pendant as a rare court relic worth over three hundred grand. Bill turns to leave, forcing the panicked dealer to match his price.
EP 5: Ten Minutes Left
Bill collects three hundred thousand dollars in cash inside a black duffel bag from the antique shop manager. He prepares to rush to Susan, but Vanessa enters with her sister Gina. Vanessa apologizes for hitting him with her car that morning. Bill activates his vision and watches the numbers above her head plunge from eighty-seven to twenty-two. He warns Vanessa that she will die within ten minutes. Vanessa thinks he is cursing her, while Gina insults his clothes and orders him to leave.
EP 6: Stand Your Ground
Inside the hospital room, a nurse prepares to remove Susan's oxygen mask and shut off her monitors. Bill bursts through the doors with his cash bag and demands they stop. The doctor refuses, eager to clear the room for a wealthy heir who promised a two million dollar donation. Bill's ex-girlfriend enters with the rich donor, and the man tells Bill to lick his shoe for ten thousand dollars a lick. Bill smiles with cold confidence and asks who said he lacks the money.
EP 7: The Prophecy
Bill dumps a bag of cash on the hospital floor to cover Susan's surgery, but the doctor reminds him that daily ICU charges will never stop. Across town, Vanessa sips tea and remembers an earlier psychic warning. A fortune teller once foresaw that Vanessa would die in a car explosion at twenty-two unless an unusual man altered her fate. Vanessa wants to wait out the ten minutes Bill requested. Her companion insists they must leave immediately to avoid angering their grandfather at his birthday banquet.
EP 8: Fire on the Street
Vanessa steps out onto the sidewalk just as an employee runs out to return a hospital notice Bill dropped. Seconds later, Vanessa's red sports car explodes in a ball of fire. The shock leaves Vanessa trembling in relief, and she rushes to Dawson Medical Center to find her savior. In the ICU, the doctor tells Bill he still owes another hundred thousand dollars. Bystanders mock Bill's worn clothes, but Vanessa suddenly appears at the doorway and announces that she will pay the bill.
