The congregation notices vampire bites on Leah's neck and openly condemns her. Samuel seizes her arm, calls her a liar, and strikes her down to the floor. He states that he only wanted her holy reputation and virgin body. Leah weeps alone on the church runner while onlookers mock her. Suddenly, the entrance doors fly open with a brilliant glow. Elias steps inside and faces Samuel for attacking his woman.
Guests see the vampire bite marks on Leah's neck and loudly condemn her. Samuel grabs Leah's wrist, calls her a liar, and strikes her to the carpet. He announces that he only wanted her holy nun identity and virgin body.
Leah collapses onto the church carpet in tears. The gathered wedding guests continuously point fingers and ridicule her. As she lies weeping on the floor, Leah comes to understand that Samuel's claims of love were an absolute lie.
The church doors burst wide open as bright light floods the entrance. Elias walks inside, making his way down the central aisle toward the altar. He halts before Samuel and sharply confronts the bishop for daring to strike his woman.
“Liar! If I hadn't found out, were you planning to use that filthy body to finish this wedding with me?”
“Leah, you disgust me. Why do you think I wanted to marry you? What I wanted was your holy identity as a nun and your clean virgin body.”
“Samuel, you've got quite the nerve, daring to hit my woman.”
Elias stands in the aisle and directly challenges Samuel for hitting Leah. The congregation watches in silence as the vampire interrupts the wedding to claim her. How will Samuel respond to Elias crashing the ceremony, and what will happen to Leah now that both men are facing each other in the sanctuary?
