Cassian tries to put medicine on Milo's scratches, but Milo dismisses it and makes Cassian suspicious. Milo sneaks outside to look for Rory. In the clearing, Cleo grabs Milo to punish him. Milo bites her hand and flees into the woods with Cleo chasing him. Meanwhile, Lyra carries a quiet Rory toward the healer. She hears Milo's distant screams calling for help and realizes someone is in danger.
Cassian brings out medicine to treat the cub's scratches. Milo brushes the treatment off without care. His unexpected reaction confuses Cassian, who pauses and questions whether the child in front of him is truly Rory.
Milo slips quietly away from the cave dwelling. He heads toward the forest pathway and stream to search for Rory. He feels confident that neither Lyra nor Cassian will notice his brief absence.
Cleo corners Milo in a clearing and grabs him by the neck to punish him for ruining her plans. Milo bites her hand, breaks her grip, and runs away screaming while Cleo chases after him in fury.
Lyra walks along a sunlit forest trail carrying Rory in her arms. She heads toward the mountain healer. She wonders why her usually energetic cub has suddenly turned quiet, gentle, and reluctant to speak.
Milo's panicked screams reach Lyra from across the woods. Lyra assumes the cub in her arms is playing a trick, but Rory immediately denies it. Milo cries out that a bad woman is trying to kill him.
“这，真的是团子吗？”
“小兔崽子，雪渊不在，没人护着你了。我今天就让你知道，坏我好事是什么下场。”
“敢咬我，我今天非把你弄死不可！”
“娘！快来救救点点！坏女人要杀我！”
Milo's frantic cries for help echo through the trees as Cleo hunts him down. Lyra listens in bewilderment, still holding a cub who looks identical to her son. Will Lyra and Rory reach Milo before Cleo harms him, and how will Lyra react when she sees two identical cubs face to face?
