  1. 00:00: An Order for Table Nine

    Ada enters the kitchen with an order from VIP Steven Gordon at table nine. Gordon wants the chicken apple risotto. Bryant volunteers to cook it, and Chef Anderson assigns Leon to assist him. Anderson and Ada then head out to greet the guest.

  2. 00:30: Bryant's Blade and Warning

    Once the head chef leaves, Bryant turns on Leon immediately. He calls Leon roadside garbage. Bryant raises his chef's knife and threatens to slice him into meat portions if Leon makes a single mistake during prep for the special table.

  3. 01:04: Flawless Cuts on the Board

    Bryant demands quarter-inch diced ingredients for the risotto. Leon chops swiftly with total precision. Facing Leon's clean work, Bryant tells him to put together the salad. Bryant turns to the stove and begins cooking the risotto on his own.

    Chef Anderson and Ada return as Bryant plates the risotto. Bryant loudly complains that Leon is moving too slowly on a simple salad. Bryant claims Leon is holding the kitchen back. Chef Anderson watches Leon and questions his own judgment.
