Summer gets dropped off at the school gates by car. A male student tries to get her number, but she walks away toward the auditorium. Her photos circulate across Campus Whisper, where classmates admire her appearance. Someone identifies her as Miss Aster, prompting students to think the heavier Summer stole her identity. The class group chat turns hostile against the alleged catfish while Cindy scowls at her desk.
Summer pulls up to the campus entrance in a car. A male student wearing a hoodie asks for her phone number right away. She politely turns him down and continues walking toward the school auditorium.
Students across campus look at their phones in classrooms and hallways. Pictures of Summer spread rapidly on the Campus Whisper forum. Classmates share the photos and express shock and admiration over the gorgeous newcomer walking through their school grounds.
Students in the cafeteria and halls recognize Summer as the newly crowned Miss Aster. Because of the previous pictures, they assume the heavier Summer Hartley stole the pageant winner's name and likeness to catfish people online.
Messages explode in the major's group chat with praise for Miss Aster and insults toward the suspected catfish. Inside a classroom, Cindy sits at her desk staring at her screen and glares with pure rage.
“OMG, I just saw a stunning girl at the school gate, prettier than any beauty queen. Why is she at our school?”
“I asked for her number, but she shot me down.”
“I know her, she's Summer Hartley, the new Miss Aster. Must be here for a promo event. No way she's a student here.”
“Have you no shame, you even stole her name. Now the real one's here, get ready to get dragged online.”
The major's group chat fills with hatred toward the supposed catfish while praising the real Miss Aster. Cindy reads the messages at her desk and scowls with anger, eager for the public backlash to unfold.
