Prince Leon wakes up on high alert, rejects Olivia's help, and angrily demands that she leave. Olivia stands her ground. She tells him that her aunt sold her to share his fate, then opens her emergency medical kit to begin.
Olivia snips open Leon's bloodstained pant leg, revealing terrible damage beneath the cloth. Leon asks for a sharp blade to end his own life. Olivia dismisses his plea, cleans her surgical tools, and treats the lacerations while he silently grits his teeth.
“Don't touch me.”
“My aunt sold me to be buried with you. If you die, I die too. So I'm not letting you die.”
“Please. Just give me the blade. Death would be release. No more living like this, neither man nor ghost.”
“Fine. I'll heal you. If you want to die, do it yourself.”
