Layla reads forum comments from JFK airport, where Seraphina announces that Rico promised to meet her with a surprise. Seraphina then sends Layla a direct message. She warns Layla to leave Rico before he throws divorce papers in her face. Hurting and humiliated, Layla puts on black clothes and tries to stop crying. Rico steps out of the bathroom in a white robe and reminds her that she will be late. Layla takes off her wedding ring, grabs her bag, and tells him she will not trouble him anymore.
