A nightmare wakes Sophie up screaming in the dark. She pushes away Luca Moretti and the housekeeper, but Mara calms her down. Luca and Mara talk in the hallway about their pasts. The next morning, Sophie wears a veil and proposes to Mara.

  1. 00:00: Arriving at the Moretti Mansion

    Vincent Rizzo escorts Mara Hayes through the grand hallway of the estate. He shows Mara into a spacious bedroom located right next door to Sophie's room. Mara settles in as Sophie's new live-in caretaker.

  2. 00:10: Dumplings Before Bedtime

    Mara prepares a warm batch of dumplings in the kitchen for Sophie. She stays beside Sophie's bed and keeps the little girl company until Sophie's eyes grow heavy and she drifts off to sleep quietly.

  3. 00:15: Nightmare in the Bedroom

    Sophie wakes up terrified from a bad dream and screams. She lashes out when the housekeeper and Luca try to soothe her. Mara rushes inside, holds Sophie close, and rocks the girl back to sleep.

  4. 00:53: Late Night Hallway Confessions

    Luca expresses his deep sorrow over Sophie's lasting trauma out in the hallway. Mara listens and explains her own history. She tells him she learned to fight while surviving tough conditions in group homes growing up.

  5. 01:26: Sophie's Morning Proposal

    Mara walks downstairs the following morning and stops on the stairs. Ribbons hang all across the living room. Sophie stands in the center wearing a white bridal veil and holding flowers, making an unexpected request to Mara.
