Episode: 2
Chloe sobs hysterically when Mrs. Brooks offers to help her find a seat. After Ryan confronts Chloe directly, Adrian jumps in to protect her and leaves to grab a replacement lens. Chloe promptly rips the new lens with trembling fingers. Adrian reprimands Mrs. Brooks for getting angry at the disruption. Left abandoned at the altar while guests mutter, Natalie calls someone on her phone to take her away.
Mrs. Brooks steps forward and offers to seat Chloe, but Chloe continues to weep loudly. Ryan tells Chloe she is the real problem. Adrian steps up to defend Chloe instead of his bride, then walks away to find another lens.
Adrian brings back a fresh lens, but Chloe tears it with trembling hands. Mrs. Brooks lashes out at Chloe for hijacking her daughter's wedding. Adrian snaps at Mrs. Brooks not to frighten Chloe and promises to run and get another one.
Natalie remains standing alone beneath the altar lights while the crowd of guests whispers among themselves. Adrian is gone again. Instead of waiting for him to return, Natalie takes out her phone and calls a contact to come take her away.
“You're not causing trouble. You are the trouble.”
“What do you want Chloe? This entire wedding has revolved around you. What else do you need?”
“Mrs. Brooks please don't scare her.”
“You said if I gave you the word you'd come take me away. I'm saying yes.”
Adrian abandons the ceremony a second time for Chloe's sake, leaving his bride stranded alone before the congregation. Natalie refuses to stay and calls an ally to pull her out of the church. Who is on the other end of the line, and will they arrive before Adrian comes back to the altar?
