Episode 2 recap: A Pattern of Victims

Grace waits by the window until Susan calls with troubling news. Jonathan repeatedly trapped young writers, accused them of plagiarism, and ruined their careers. One victim quit writing, another changed fields, and a third took her own life two years ago. Grace realizes she was chosen as his next target. Holding the flash drive with the copied evidence, she puts on her coat and leaves her home.
