One week before their departure, Blair Hayes shares an Arizona-Utah road trip plan in the group chat, calling it cinematic. Preston immediately supports Blair's route. Ximena stares at her screen in heartbreak while drafting a message to ask about their beach agreement.
“Ximena, why didn't you get in the car? Stop making this a thing. We still have to make it for sunset. We can't turn around. Call yourself an Uber and come over.”
“She's not a child. Do you really have to manage everything for her?”
“Preston, let's go to the beach. Find a quieter little town, sleep in a bit, eat seafood, feel the ocean breeze, and not rush anywhere.”
“Okay. The graduation trip is up to you.”
