After a decade fighting frontlines for the Syndicate, Olivia arrives at Don Edward's estate in an armored convoy. Don Edward steps forward to commend his top enforcer, but Olivia halts his speech immediately to ask for Chloe. Victor reprimands her bluntness, yet she demands the truth again. Suddenly, an injured maid stumbles past the gate spitting blood, begging Olivia to rescue her child.
Olivia recalls spending ten years fighting on the frontlines to build the Syndicate into an empire. Her daughter Chloe was surrendered to an old Consigliere as a plaything, while her husband Victor betrayed her with his cousin and sought a divorce.
Riding in a bulletproof car, Olivia gazes out at the New York skyline. She remembers leaving her nine-year-old daughter Chloe ten years in the past. She had departed the city back then to eliminate traitors for the Syndicate.
Olivia's convoy enters Don Edward's estate courtyard. Don Edward walks out to greet his top assassin and praises her battlefield success. Olivia cuts him off mid-sentence to ask about Chloe. Don Edward reacts with visible unease at her direct question.
Victor steps up and scolds Olivia for disrespecting Don Edward in front of everyone. He commands her to apologize immediately. Olivia completely ignores his reprimand. She fixes her eyes on the men and demands once more to know where Chloe is.
A battered maid stumbles past the front gates while coughing up blood. Armed guards throw her to the gravel and hold her down. The woman cries out for Olivia to save the young miss. Olivia recognizes the bleeding maid as Martha.
“Olivia, my top enforcer. You eradicated the traitors and reclaimed our territories for the family...”
“My apologies, Don. Right now I only want to see my daughter...”
“Olivia, how could you interrupt the Don? Apologize to him at once.”
“Capo... you're finally back! Please save the young miss... save her!”
Guards pin the bleeding maid face-down onto the courtyard gravel. Olivia stares in shock as she recognizes Martha, the woman she entrusted with Chloe's care. Martha's desperate cries to save the young miss fill the courtyard. Will Olivia break through the syndicate's wall of silence and discover what Victor and Don Edward have done to her daughter?
