A candidate Alpha admits they took Laila up Moonlight Tower, where she carved her name into a sacred statue. A flashback reveals young Kian swearing to Isabella's father to bar all outsiders from that tower. Back in the hall, Isabella explains the defaced statue honors her late mother. When Kian acts like marrying her is charity, Isabella hands him over to Laila.

  1. 00:01: Kian Confronts Isabella

    Kian grips Isabella's wrist tightly in the castle hall. He accuses her of making threats against him and plotting harm against Laila. Another candidate Alpha steps forward and asks if Isabella is upset simply because they brought Laila to the tower.

  2. 00:14: The Defaced Sacred Statue

    Another candidate Alpha scoffs at Isabella's anger and brushes off the incident. He openly admits that the group escorted Laila up into Moonlight Tower. He adds that Laila even carved her own name directly into the tower's sacred stone statue.

  3. 00:28: Young Kian's Broken Oath

    A memory shows Isabella's father entrusting the sacred tower to a young Kian. The boy makes a solemn pledge to protect the family shrine as fiercely as he guards Isabella, promising that no outsider will ever set foot inside the building.

  4. 00:46: An Insulting Offer

    Isabella angrily states that the defaced carving depicts her deceased mother. Unmoved, Kian treats a marriage proposal to her like a charitable act he will endure. The other candidate Alphas tell Kian he should not throw his life away on Isabella.

    Laila cries and offers to leave the pack to soothe Isabella's feelings. Kian pulls the maid into a protective hug. Isabella refuses to entertain their drama, bluntly announcing that she has no use for Kian and telling Laila she can keep him.
