    Outside in the corridor, Celeste Ward places a private call. She tells her contact to locate Elena's hospital room immediately. She instructs them to use unpaid medical bills as an excuse to shut down every treatment keeping Elena alive.

  3. 00:26 - 01:05: Pleading for Elena's Life

    Adrian holds the pocket watch and accuses Sophie of trying to sabotage his engagement. Sophie insists Elena sent birthday cards in his name each year. When Adrian walks away, Sophie falls to her knees, hugs his leg, and begs for help.

    A call comes through Sophie's smartwatch with news that Elena's heart just stopped. Sophie bursts into tears and sprints down the corridor toward her mother. Adrian stares at the pocket watch in his palm, then races down the hall after her.
