Episode: 3
Selena Vale marches into the wedding hall in her red gown. She yells at Nora Vale for taking her wedding dress and her groom. The crowd murmurs against Nora, but Nora states that Selena escaped through a side door. Victor Vale commands Nora to apologize. Nora refuses his order. Adrian Russo intervenes and decides Nora must remain in his penthouse. Nora suddenly displays an alteration tag inside the gown.
Selena Vale marches down the aisle wearing a red gown. She interrupts the hall and points directly at Nora Vale. She loudly claims that Nora stole both her wedding dress and her husband-to-be right before the vows.
The assembled wedding guests jeer and speak ill of Nora Vale. Nora stands tall and answers Selena Vale without hesitation. She tells the entire crowd that Selena abandoned the wedding and fled through the side door earlier.
Victor Vale steps forward to support Selena Vale. He orders Nora Vale to apologize to her stepsister and take blame for jealousy. Nora holds her position and flatly refuses to speak an apology to anyone.
Adrian Russo steps between them and decrees that Nora Vale will stay in his penthouse during the inquiry. Nora then reaches inside her bridal dress and pulls out an alteration tag tailored specifically for her frame.
“She put on my dress herself! She stole my wedding!”
“That is not what you said when you ran through the side door.”
“You'll stay in my penthouse until the matter is fully investigated.”
“This dress was altered for me before tonight.”
Nora Vale displays the hidden alteration label to the crowd and states that someone tailored this gown for her before tonight. Selena Vale stares in horror while the guests fall completely silent. How will Selena explain the prior alterations, and what will Adrian Russo do once he inspects this new piece of physical evidence?
