Her heart rate alert thresholds were lowered as well. Naomi then checks the records for the rest of the crew. Captain Drake Coulter woke twelve times, and Elena Voss woke nine times. First Officer Victor Cheng and Engineer Lee remained asleep. Naomi rewrites the system code and locks wake-up permissions to her fingerprint.

    Naomi pulls up the files for the remaining crew members. Drake Coulter woke twelve times over the decade, and Elena Voss woke nine times. First Officer Victor Cheng and Engineer Lee never woke once. Naomi learns the truth about their awakenings.

  3. 00:40: Locking Down the Wake-Up Permissions

    Naomi recognizes that Drake and Elena needed her biology knowledge before putting her back into cryosleep. She starts typing code into the console terminal. Naomi sets her fingerprint as the only authorization key, locking out the captain and the ship AI.
