Main characters
Vera Evans / Luna Houston, Ryan Houston, Mrs. Houston

I just finished watching the drama on this site, and I have to tell you about it. The story kicks off eighteen years in the past with a brutal choice inside a private hospital. Selinda Houston, the cold matriarch of Houston Holdings, orders the doctors to drain every drop of blood from three-year-old Luna Houston. The blood goes to save Luna's older brother, Ryan. Luna's heart stops. The family wraps her in a white cloth and tosses her onto a desolate roadside grass patch.

A roadside cleaner named Gray Evans drives by in his pickup truck. He finds the child, feels a tiny breath, and rushes her to safety. He renames her Vera and promises her a decent life. Eighteen years slip past. Gray is old, frail, and sick. Vera heads to the towering Houston Holdings office building to find work so she can pay his medical bills. In the lobby, she bumps into a spoiled young executive and spills coffee on his sleeve. That arrogant man is Ryan Houston, the very brother who survived because her blood kept him alive.

The drama moves fast from that very second. Ryan treats her like dirt, his mother backs him up, and Vera has no clue why this family hates her so deeply. Bound and Broken by Blood Episode Guide

  1. EP 1: Left on the Roadside

Selinda Houston orders the doctor to drain three-year-old Luna dry to save her injured brother Ryan. Guards dump Luna by a desert road. Cleaner Gray Evans spots the girl in the grass, checks her pulse, and takes her to the hospital. He gives her the name Vera. Eighteen years later, Gray is ill. Vera enters the Houston Holdings lobby hoping to land a job for his medicine money. She bumps into Ryan Houston, spills coffee across his clothes, and faces his sudden anger.

  2. EP 2: Face to Face

Mrs. Houston sits in her office, looking at photos of Luna and wishing she could find her missing daughter. An assistant rushes in to report a fight in the lobby. Downstairs, Ryan tries to slap Vera for the ruined coffee, but Vera bites his hand. Ryan orders security guards to pin her down and takes off his belt to whip her. Mrs. Houston steps in and scolds her son for acting like a thug. She tells Vera to look up and freezes at the resemblance.

  3. EP 3: On Her Knees

Ryan shows his mother the bite mark on his wrist. Mrs. Houston tells Vera to kneel down and wipe the coffee from Ryan's shoes. Vera refuses, so a guard slaps her face. Security drags in Vera's adoptive father. When Ryan threatens to break his legs, the old man asks to take the punishment instead. Mrs. Houston coldly orders the guard to strike. Vera breaks down, agrees to submit, and lowers her forehead to the marble floor before Ryan to save her dad.

  4. EP 4: A Voice at the Elevator

Vera asks to take her father away, but Ryan tears his sleeve and demands three hundred thousand dollars for his suit. The cleaner explains they have no money. Mrs. Houston calls them trash and lets Ryan order his men to beat them half to death. Guards pin Vera down while dragging her father across the floor. An elevator bell dings, and a senior gentleman steps into the lobby. He looks down at Vera, recognizes the face of young Luna, and roars for everyone to stop.

  5. EP 5: The Roadside Truth

The Houston patriarch halts the lobby violence because reporters might see it, though he privately wonders why Vera looks like Luna. Outside, guards push the father down. Mother and son discuss using Vera for target practice at Ryan's upcoming shooting event. Back home, Vera helps her injured father into a chair. He stops her from getting medicine and shares a secret. He explains he has little time left, and he confesses she is not his biological daughter because he found her by the road.

  6. EP 6: The Moon Necklace

Gray hands Vera a moon pendant she wore as a baby and tells her to seek her real family. Across town, the Houston family dines together. Ryan shows off his sun pendant with the numbers six thirteen and mentions his sister holds the matching moon piece. Walking at night, Vera reads zero six one three on her pendant and realizes tomorrow is her birthday. Attackers jump out from the dark, cover her face with a drug rag, and knock her out on the lawn.

  7. EP 7: The Target

Ryan ties Vera to a wooden cross at a private shooting range. He offers drinks to whichever friend shoots her in the leg first. A friend's stray bullet clips the wood and loosens Vera's ropes. She slips free and runs across the field. Two riders chase her on motorcycles while shooting at her. Vera hides near a rusted vehicle. Ryan takes a shotgun and corners her. Vera taunts his aim and bolts again. Her crescent moon necklace drops onto the grass near his feet.

  8. EP 8: The Shot

Vera pockets the fallen pendant and keeps sprinting. Ryan calls a sniper on a walkie-talkie, ordering a shot to her leg. The bullet drops Vera to the grass, and the moon necklace slips loose again. Ryan points his shotgun straight at her head as Vera dares him to pull the trigger. Across the field, the mother notices the sparkling pendant on the turf, remembers Luna wearing it, and screams at Ryan to stop just as a gunshot rings out.
