I just caught up on this drama, and I cannot wait to tell you about it. The show centers on Amaan Sharma, an aspiring model who travels across the globe to secure a spot at Mercer Models in New York City. Things go wrong before he even steps foot inside the building. A hurried stranger runs into him on the street, and a cup of hot coffee destroys his clean white shirt right before his open call.
From there, the agency turns out to be brutal. Ethan Hale mocks him in the lobby, and Miranda Mercer treats everyone who walks into her office like garbage. When Amaan steps in for his audition, Miranda tears his walk and his ruined outfit to shreds. She throws him out into the cold New York street. Instead of packing his bags, Amaan decides to fight back. He vows revenge against the powerful agent who crushed him.
The story only grows wilder as he plots his comeback. You learn that he targets Miranda by working with her fiercest rivals and seducing her granddaughter as part of his master plan. Things take an even darker turn when a lavish party turns into a crime scene. The drama quickly becomes a tense mystery where ambition and revenge collide.

EP 1: A Ruined Shirt
Amaan Sharma hurries through the streets of New York City for an open call at Mercer Models. He checks his phone outside the building and spots a notification that the audition starts in two minutes. Right at the corner, a woman named Shay runs out while on a phone call. She crashes directly into Amaan. Hot coffee spills over his white shirt. Shay quickly apologizes and dashes into the Mercer Models building. Amaan looks down at the huge stain on his chest in total disbelief.
EP 2: Waiting for Miss Mercer
Amaan enters Mercer Models with his stained shirt. Near the entrance, assistant Claire Carter scolds a late maid who brought coffees. Amaan introduces himself to Claire and states that he is there for the open call. A male model walks past and mocks his chances. Claire ignores the insult, leads Amaan into the waiting lounge, and tells him to wait on the sofa until Miss Mercer is ready. Amaan sits alone on the couch. He tries to calm his nerves before his big chance.
EP 3: Mockery in the Lounge
Top model Ethan Hale approaches Amaan in the waiting room. Ethan ridicules the stained shirt and warns Amaan that Miranda Mercer does not usually hold open calls for candidates dressed like that. Amaan defends himself and explains that the stain was an accident. Nearby, a young woman changes a trash bag. She looks over, hears the conversation, and realizes Amaan is the person she ran into on the street. Guilt washes over her face while Amaan sits anxiously on the couch.
EP 4: Miranda Takes Charge
Agency head Miranda Mercer arrives at Mercer Models and hands her coat and bag to an assistant. The assistant mentions that a model flew in to see her, while another model waits inside Room 500 to discuss Fashion Week. Miranda shows pure contempt for both visitors. She snaps that an email would have sufficed. She orders her assistant to keep the visiting model waiting. Miranda then strides into her office. She calls the man inside a rat and prepares to confront him.
EP 5: The Dragon's Den
The young woman in the black dress approaches Amaan in the waiting lounge and calls him Coffee Guy. Amaan explains that he traveled across the globe to see Miranda Mercer. She warns him that the office is a dragon's den where Miranda only hands out tests instead of opportunities. An assistant interrupts the conversation and hands Amaan an intake form. The assistant intentionally drops a pen on the floor. Amaan and the young woman reach down at the same moment. Their hands brush against each other.
EP 6: Five Brutal Minutes
Inside the office, an arrogant male model demands to know why he was not picked to headline New York Fashion Week. The agency head shuts him down instantly. She calls him her most replaceable model and orders Claire to escort the talking mannequin out with a breath mint. Claire then asks about the next candidate. In the hallway, a fresh young model steps forward with his portfolio. The rejected model storms past him and warns him to prepare for the worst five minutes of his life.
EP 7: Humiliation in Room 500
Amaan enters the office to audition before the blonde agency boss. She immediately mocks his Indian background and claims his catwalk fights gravity. Next, she demands that he remove his denim jacket. The action exposes his coffee-stained shirt. The boss flips through his pictures and unleashes vicious insults. She calls his portfolio mediocre and his walk terrible. She screams that fashion is not for him and demands that he leave right away. Amaan takes his jacket and walks out in total silence.
EP 8: A Vow of Revenge
A woman in a black dress orders the young candidate to leave Room 500. Moments later, she discovers his damaged portfolio in a trash can and gasps in shock. The young man walks away while painful memories flash through his mind. He remembers the insults from the other model and Miranda shouting that fashion is not for him. He reaches the New York sidewalk and stops. He glares up at the agency windows and vows to make Miranda watch him succeed.
