The Lycan King Beneath Me

The Lycan King Beneath Me Episode Guide

1. EP 1: A Secret in the Woods

Anna Winters struggles with overwhelming physical urges in the forest. She stumbles upon Elias Reed, the Alpha Lycan King, who is groaning from poison. Anna initiates intimacy with him and runs off, leaving behind a red handkerchief. Elias awakens without feeling his usual burning curse. He orders his beta, Victor Holt, to hunt the girl down immediately. Meanwhile, Anna arrives at Reed Castle for bride selection. An examiner maid orders the candidates to strip. Anna refuses to disrobe for servants and claims she will only strip for Harrison Reed. Overhearing her defiance, Harrison drags Anna into a room and corners her against the wall.

2. EP 2: Pushed to the Edge

A castle maid named Eleanor Vane barges in and berates Harrison for marrying a human. Harrison makes crude remarks, but Anna stands up for herself. Eleanor smashes a glowing rune stone onto the floor to summon two fiery wolves. Meanwhile, Elias returns to the castle courtyard and commands his subordinates to keep searching for his savior. Back inside, Anna defends herself and kicks one of the wolves away. Eleanor flies into a rage over a human striking a wolf. She rushes forward and shoves Anna through the high castle window. The glass shatters, sending Anna falling toward the stone courtyard.

3. EP 3: Caught in Mid-Air

Anna falls backward through the air and wonders if she will die before curing her condition. Up at the broken window, Eleanor taunts her. Harrison merely laments that he did not sleep with Anna before her death. Down below in the courtyard, Elias spots the falling girl. His eyes glow with wolf power. He shifts into a massive black beast and leaps into the sky. Elias transforms back into his human form mid-air and catches Anna. They land on the stones together. Anna recognizes his scent from the woods, and Elias looks into her eyes with sudden recognition.

4. EP 4: Denials in the Courtyard

Julie Reed rushes outside to check on Anna and confirms that Anna is Harrison's bride. Elias asks Anna directly if she was the girl in the woods. Anna lies and denies ever stepping into the forest. Harrison arrives with a blonde maid and mocks Elias for surviving. Elias punches Harrison across the face to shut him up. Julie scolds Harrison and demands he focus on his wedding. Elias feels a strange ache in his chest when he realizes Anna belongs to his brother. Meanwhile, Harrison and his maid plot a tryst outside Elias's bedroom window to taunt him.

5. EP 5: A Midnight Intrusion

Harrison meets a blonde partner in the foggy woods. His wolf claws and red eyes appear as he bites her neck. Inside the castle, Elias lies tense in a cold bathtub. The moans floating in from the forest torture him, bringing back memories of the girl he held in the woods. Suddenly, the bathroom door opens. Anna walks inside barefoot and steps right into the water with him. Elias pulls her into his arms and kisses her deeply, telling her that she will not escape him tonight. He pulls open her corset while his amber eyes flash with desire.

6. EP 6: Touch Without Pain

Elias awakens in his bathtub and wonders why he keeps dreaming about his brother's fiancée. A male retainer enters to report Harrison's mocking tryst outside the window. Later, Elias practices his swordsmanship bare-chested in the grand hall. Anna walks in and feels her urges flare up at the sight of him. She turns to leave, but Elias drops his sword and tilts her chin. He recalls how a maid's touch once burned his skin and earned her a trip to the silver dungeons. Now, touching Anna causes no pain at all. When Anna steps back, Elias grabs her wrist and pulls her close.

7. EP 7: The Spectacle in the Bedroom

Elias holds Anna against the stone corridor wall and asks if she saved him in the forest. Anna denies it and pulls free. Eleanor arrives and summons Anna to Harrison's bedroom. Anna walks in to find Harrison lying shirtless on his bed. Harrison tells her to watch Eleanor to learn how to satisfy him. Eleanor kisses Harrison on the bed, but Anna remains unbothered and tells them to continue their show. Outside the door, Elias hears the noises and looks inside. Seeing the scene, Elias assumes his pure forest savior could never be involved in such filth and walks away.

8. EP 8: The Poisoned Glass

Anna passes Elias in the corridor the next morning, but he ignores her completely. Anna assumes Harrison must be her cure since watching him the previous night kept her symptoms calm. At breakfast, Madam Julie hands Anna a glass of warm milk to keep up her strength. Anna politely offers the first sip to Julie. Julie drinks it, gasps about poison, and collapses. A maid storms in with guards and tackles Anna. A servant searches Anna's bedroom and produces a skull-labeled bottle from under her mattress. Convinced of her guilt, a guard draws a dagger across Anna's face.

9. EP 9: The Wolfsbane Trap

Elias rides in his car, troubled by Anna staying in Harrison's room. He orders his driver back to the castle. Elias arrives just as the executioner raises a blade over Anna. Transforming into a giant wolf, he crosses the hall and knocks the guard away. Eleanor insists Anna poisoned Julie, but Elias defends Anna. Suddenly, Madam Julie sits up from the floor. Eleanor panics and blurts out that Julie should be dead from the Wolfsbane. Julie orders Eleanor cast out forever. Harrison strolls in wearing a bathrobe, callously telling the guards to throw his mistress out because he is bored of her.

10. EP 10: Pursuit in the Woods

Harrison notices Elias holding Anna without pain and pulls her into the woods. Elias feels deep pain in his chest as they leave. Among the trees, Harrison accuses Anna of saving Elias and demands she kneel to prove her loyalty. When Anna refuses, Harrison tries to force himself on her. Anna grabs a stone from the dirt, smashes Harrison across the head, and runs while screaming for Elias. Up in his study, Elias senses her danger. Harrison bleeds heavily and transforms into a red-eyed giant wolf. He hunts Anna down through the dark forest, pinning her to the ground.
