Episode 10 recap: Orion Intervenes

Victoria tells Marina that she is fired on the spot. The elder mermaid stands up from her seashell seat and counters that Deep Group treats all merfolk equally. Victoria orders security to drag both women out of the building. The guards grab Marina and the older woman. When Victoria's companion tries to slap the elder, Marina breaks free and blocks the strike. An enraged Victoria grabs Marina by the throat and raises her hand to hit her. Orion sprints into the grand hall, grabs Victoria's wrist, and demands to know what is happening.
