Damian and Seraphina attend a business dinner with Louis Moreau. Louis invites Seraphina to sit beside him, and Damian encourages her to please him for a reward. During a toast, Seraphina spills wine on Louis's jacket. Louis takes her to a private lounge to clean it while Damian watches. Other guests gossip about Damian discarding his secretary. In the lounge, Louis corners Seraphina, but she counters by offering him west side land.
Damian brings Seraphina into the VIP dining room. Louis compliments Seraphina and invites her to take a seat right next to him. Damian tells Seraphina that pleasing Louis will earn her a reward, pushing her toward the client.
Seraphina raises a toast to Louis Moreau. While pouring wine, she spills the drink across his jacket. Louis asks Damian if he can borrow her, then leads Seraphina toward the private lounge while Damian sits and watches grimly.
Louis leads Seraphina down the hall toward the lounge. A man in a white jacket chats with a man in a dark suit. They whisper that Damian has grown bored of his secretary after five years together.
Louis corners Seraphina against the wall inside the private lounge. He tells her that Damian is finished with her. Seraphina stays calm and stalls his advance by offering to help him secure the valuable land on the west side.
“Louis offering you a seat beside him is a compliment. He's always generous with women. Do a good job, and you'll be well rewarded.”
“Damian, for the sake of our partnership, mind if I borrow your little beauty for a while?”
“Personal secretary, you know how it is. Even the prettiest toy gets boring after 5 years.”
“You want that land on the west side, don't you? I can help you get it.”
Louis corners Seraphina against the wall, believing Damian has discarded her. Seraphina does not panic. Instead, she offers him access to the valuable west side land in exchange for her safety. Will Louis accept her business deal and let her go, or will he continue trying to force himself on her anyway?
