In the hallway, Seraphina packs her papers and tells a coworker she is quitting because she will not be Damian's mistress. Inside his office, Damian's assistant reports that Louis Moreau cannot get out of bed for two weeks. Damian dismisses him and waits for Seraphina. When she brings in paperwork, Damian grabs her. Seraphina demands an end to their affair and reminds Damian that he sent her to Louis. Damian snaps and drags her away.
A coworker asks Seraphina if she is really quitting her job, noting how much Damian relies on her. Seraphina packs away her papers. She states that Damian is getting engaged and she refuses to stay as anyone's mistress.
Damian's assistant enters to report on Louis Moreau. He tells Damian that Louis was dealt with and cannot leave his bed for two weeks. Damian asks if Seraphina has arrived at work yet, then orders his assistant to leave.
Seraphina brings files for Damian to sign. Damian grabs her as she walks away. Seraphina calls their affair dirty and notes that Damian gave her to Louis. Enraged, Damian grabs her wrist and drags her out of the room.
“He's getting engaged. There's no point in me staying. I may not be a saint, but I'm nobody's mistress.”
“Damian. You have a fiancée. This thing between us, it's better if we end it now.”
“Have you forgotten, Damian? You're the one who handed me over to him.”
“Seraphina! You always know exactly how to push my buttons! Come with me!”
Damian loses control of his temper after Seraphina blames him for the incident with Louis. He refuses to listen to her objections, seizes her by the wrist, and forcefully pulls her out into the hallway. Where is Damian dragging Seraphina against her will, and what does he plan to do next?
