Yesterday at the archery grounds, Seraphina overhears Alaric tell Elena that he loves Vesper and is using Seraphina as a war shield. Three years earlier, Cyrus struck Seraphina when Vesper stole their mother's necklace. Now, Seraphina resolves to recover her mother's relics.

Episode 2 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Grief in the Palace Hall

    Seraphina stands alone in the quiet elf palace hall. She thinks back on her time with Alaric and grieves her past hopes. She remembers believing that he was the only person in the world who truly loved her.

  2. 00:09: Rescued in the Forest

    In a forest flashback, wild wolves surround and attack Seraphina. Alaric charges in and fights the beasts off to save her life. He tells Seraphina that she is his fated mate and asks her to become his Luna.

  3. 00:38: Presented to the Pack

    Alaric brings Seraphina before his entire werewolf pack during another memory. He introduces her as his only Luna to the gathered crowd. Alaric then orders all of his people to treat Seraphina with equal honor and respect.

  4. 00:59: Overheard at the Archery Ground

    Seraphina carries wedding flowers to surprise Alaric at the archery grounds. Hidden nearby, she hears him speaking with Elena. Alaric confesses that he loves Vesper and is using Seraphina to shield Vesper during the dragon war before casting Seraphina aside.

  5. 02:19: The Stolen Dragon Scale Necklace

    Three years ago in a palace chamber, Vesper takes Queen Freya's dragon scale necklace. Seraphina fights to stop her. Vesper immediately frames Seraphina to King Cyrus. Cyrus hands the necklace to Vesper and violently slaps Seraphina across the face.

  6. 03:00: Vow for the Relics

    Seraphina touches the scar on her cheek in the palace hall. She states that Vesper took her father, her home, and her mate. She discards her feelings and vows that recovering her late mother's relics is her only goal.
