Mia points at Victoria and firmly rejects her in front of the crowd. Vivian wraps her arms around the child and accuses Victoria of causing trauma. The party guests demand proof of the marriage. Victoria pulls out her phone to display their legal certificate. David stops her by smashing a wine bottle over her head. When Christian breaks free to defend her, David slams Christian to the floor by her hair.
Mia points directly at Victoria and tells her that she is not wanted. Vivian pulls Mia close and hugs her tightly. She scolds Victoria in front of the banquet guests, claiming Victoria is traumatizing the little girl.
The surrounding guests voice their doubts and tell Victoria to prove her claims. Victoria stands up from the floor. She reaches for her phone to show everyone the digital copy of her official marriage certificate with David.
David rushes forward before Victoria can display the screen. He picks up a glass wine bottle from a banquet table and strikes Victoria across the head. The impact shatters the glass, and Victoria collapses to the ground, bleeding.
Christian pulls herself free from the security guards to shield Victoria. She yells at David for committing crimes. David seizes Christian by the hair, hurls her violently to the floor, and promises neither woman will leave unharmed.
“daddy said you're a bad woman who only makes him mad. I don't want you.”
“David! This is bigamy and intentional assault!”
“I'm a lawyer. Let's see who dares to convict me. Today the two of you are either gonna crawl out of here like dogs, or you're going to be carried out on stretchers!”
David stands over Victoria and Christian after throwing Christian to the ground. Victoria is bleeding from the head, and Christian is pinned beside her. David insists his legal status protects him from any consequences. Will anyone in the room step in to stop David, or can Victoria and Christian find a way to escape?
