Julian travels with his convoy to the hospital to see an unconscious Leo. Looking at the patient, Julian's assistant notices the child looks just like Julian did when young. The attending nurse states that Leo has a ruptured spleen and requires rare donor blood. At the mountain estate, Eliza pounds on the heavy doors. Julian appears and lies that Leo passed away. Eliza calls Julian a monster before he carries her inside.
Julian enters Leo's hospital room with his assistant. The assistant mentions that the boy looks exactly like young Julian. A nurse reports that a ruptured spleen caused severe blood loss, and Leo needs a rare blood transfusion right away.
Eliza pounds on the locked doors of the mountain mansion, pleading to see Leo. Julian opens the door and claims the boy died. Eliza calls Julian a monster in horror before he scoops her up and carries her inside.
“My god, this kid looks exactly like you did when you were little, sir.”
“The car crash ruptured his spleen. He's lost too much blood. He needs a transfusion immediately. But his blood type is rare, the blood bank doesn't have enough.”
“Julian Vance, open the door, let me out! Leo's in the hospital. He needs me, let me out!”
“The doctor said he was too far gone when he got there. He didn't make it. He's dead.”
Julian picks up Eliza after telling her that Leo did not survive, taking her straight into the mansion room while she weeps in total despair. Will Eliza find out that Leo is still clinging to life at the hospital, and what will Julian do with her behind closed doors?
