Victor demands that Evelyn prove she will do anything by removing her clothes. Thinking of Lily, Evelyn unties her halter dress and stands in her white lingerie. Victor calls her over, forces her to kneel, and feeds her an ice cube from his glass. He gives her the silver pillbox and sets a meeting at Maple Villa. Evelyn gets dressed and escapes. Victor tells an entering henchman to hold back.
Victor tells Evelyn to take off her dress after she claims she will do anything. Evelyn reminds herself that Lily depends on her survival. She unties her halter dress and strips down to her white lingerie in front of him.
Victor orders Evelyn to step closer and kneel on the floor. He tilts her chin upward and instructs her to open her mouth without biting. He then takes an ice cube directly from his glass and places it inside her mouth.
Victor hands the silver pillbox with the experimental drug to Evelyn. He orders her to arrive at Maple Villa at eight on Saturday evening before dismissing her. Evelyn scrambles back into her dress and runs out of the office.
Victor sits back on his sofa and smokes a cigarette. A henchman enters and asks whether he should track down Evelyn and bring her back. Victor rejects the offer, explaining they must move slowly so they do not scare her off.
“Take off your dress.”
“I have to do it. Lily needs me. I can do this.”
“Saturday. 8 pm sharp, Maple Villa. Don't be late. You're dismissed.”
“Patience. One step at a time. I don't want spook her.”
Evelyn escapes the tower clutching the medicine, while Victor stays behind on his couch with a lit cigarette. When his henchman offers to drag her back, Victor commands him to wait so they do not spook her. Will the drug save Lily, and what does Victor have planned for Evelyn at Maple Villa?
