Felix heaves the fallen tree branch off the pair. Abbi thanks him for saving her life. He coldly insists he only acted to protect his little sister. Bailey lost her voice after her mother died, and Abbi mentions her own father passed away too. Abbi checks the time and rushes to her job interview at a luxury estate. Scott Barnes welcomes her inside and explains her responsibilities. She must watch his mute daughter and his unruly seventeen-year-old son. Felix then walks through the front door holding Bailey's hand. Scott introduces Abbi as his son's new nanny.
