Episode: 4
Onlookers watch as Isabella Moretti criticizes Marco De Luca's plain clothes and car, refusing to wed a stranger. Nico calls him a sewer rat. Marco refuses to take any more insults and calls off the marriage agreement her father arranged. As Marco walks away, Nico blocks his path and demands ten million dollars for the damaged luxury vehicle. Marco calmly takes out a black card with a crown of thorns to pay.
Guests whisper about Marco's modest appearance while Isabella examines his trench coat and vehicle. She declares she refuses to marry an unknown man picked by her father. Nico stands beside her, laughing and calling Marco a sewer rat.
Fed up with the disrespect, Marco tells Isabella to notify Enzo Moretti that the wedding is canceled. A quick memory shows Enzo spent an entire year securing this alliance. Marco turns around and starts walking away from the crowd.
Nico steps in Marco's path, blaming him for wrecking Isabella's unique supercar. Nico insists on ten million dollars for repairs and mocks Marco's finances. Marco pulls out a black card bearing a crown of thorns to answer the demand.
“This marriage was my father's idea. I never agreed to marry some man who came out of nowhere.”
“Tell your father the engagement is off.”
“Repairs will cost at least $10 million. Can you even afford one of its tires?”
“This should cover it.”
Marco presents an exclusive black card with a crown of thorns emblem to settle the ten-million-dollar repair bill for the wrecked supercar. Nico and Isabella stare at the unexpected payment method. How will Nico react to Marco's display of wealth, and will Isabella realize who she just turned away?
