Episode: 9
Lucas slams the blonde girl into the academy wall with his golden eyes ablaze. She argues that Lia is only a lying Omega, but Lucas snaps back immediately. He spots a bloodstained silver hairpin on the ground and kicks it aside in pure fury. As Lia reaches for her scattered application documents, Lucas clutches his burning arm. He scoops Lia into a bridal carry and strides down the hall.
Lucas violently chokes the blonde student against the corridor wall. The girl protests that Lia is merely a dishonest Omega. Lucas glares at her with glowing gold eyes and declares that she has no right to touch or judge Lia.
Lucas looks down and notices a bloody silver hairpin lying on the floor tiles. He boots the metal object away with his foot. He demands to know who dared to use silver against Lia, shouting at the students gathered around.
Lia lies hurt on the bloody academy floor. She stretches her hand out to gather her scattered documents. Her movements trigger intense pain across the Moon Mark bond, forcing Lucas to bend over and grip his own arm in agony.
Lucas gathers Lia into a bridal carry from the ground. He commands her to remain still and be quiet. He promises his butler will replace her papers. The blonde bully watches in total bewilderment as Lucas carries Lia away.
“Did I say you could touch her?”
“Whether she lied to me or not, that's not yours to judge.”
“Who gave you the guts to touch her with silver?”
“Shut up. I'll have the butler redo them. Just don't move.”
Lucas walks away down the blood-splattered hallway with Lia held securely in his arms. Behind them, the stunned blonde bully stares after them in disbelief, unable to process that an elite Alpha shifted his form for an Omega. Will Lia receive medical treatment in time, and how will the other academy students react to Lucas openly protecting his mate?
