Elara decides she does not want Adrian's love and tells him directly that she will not marry him. A young elf girl and the family elders react with disbelief. They urge her to step onto the boat before the Moon Goddess's blessing runs out. Adrian extends his hand and then crosses his arms. He warns Elara that only one minute remains and insists she will regret her refusal.
Elara stands at the wedding venue by the water. She realizes she does not want Adrian's kind of love anymore. She looks directly at him and speaks aloud to the crowd, firmly refusing to marry him.
A young elf girl panics at Elara's words. An elf woman in blue and a crowned elder urge Elara to step onto the flower boat immediately before the Moon Goddess's blessing expires. They question why she wants more from Adrian.
Adrian extends his hand toward Elara and then crosses his arms. He tells her only one minute remains before she regrets her choice. Elara stands firm and remembers how she always surrendered to him over the last three years.
“I am not marrying you.”
“Elara, have you lost your mind?”
“Whatever is wrong, get on the boat first. Elara, stop this. Adrian came all this way for you. What more do you want from him?”
“Elara, if you want me to make it up to you, fine. But there is only one minute left. Keep this up and you will be the one regretting it.”
Adrian crosses his arms by the flower boat with complete confidence. He watches the final sixty seconds slip away, fully expecting Elara to give in and board just like she always has in the past. Will Elara stand by her refusal, or will she yield to the pressure of the deadline?
