Ryan Kane hears about the smashed bulldozer but ignores the warning. He plans to force Emma Black into submission today. Outside NEXUS AI, a security guard stops Ethan for his shabby clothes. An assistant notifies Emma, who walks down to the entrance. Emma mistakes Ethan for a con artist looking for money. She offers him a check and tells him to run before dangerous enemies pull up outside.
A wounded floral-shirt thug tells Ryan Kane about the man who crushed a bulldozer with a single punch. Ryan waves off the news. He promises to send more men later and prepares to target Emma Black at NEXUS AI headquarters.
Ethan arrives at the front doors of NEXUS AI to see Emma Black. A guard blocks him because of his torn clothes, calling him a beggar and a lunatic. Ethan stays calm and demands the guard announce his name upstairs.
Inside her office, Emma Black listens to her female assistant. The assistant mentions that a poorly dressed visitor downstairs calls himself Ethan and requests a meeting. Emma drops her work immediately and heads down to verify who it is.
Emma confronts Ethan outside the building. Convinced her brother died fifteen years ago, she assumes he wants cash and writes a check. Ethan refuses the money to protect her, but Emma urges him to flee as a convoy arrives.
“Today, I'll make Emma bow her head and serve me.”
“My brother Ethan died fifteen years ago. Every year frauds like you come here for money. Which one are you?”
“I'm not here for money Sister Emma. I heard you're in trouble and I'm here to help you.”
“This situation is way beyond your reach. Don't ruin your own life. Leave now.”
Emma orders Ethan to walk away before her enemies harm him. Right as she speaks, a fleet of black SUVs and broadcast vans speeds up to the building doors, with loud warnings blaring from speakers. Who has arrived in the convoy, and will Ethan stand his ground to protect Emma?
