I just spent the evening watching MY MONSTER TENANTS on Stillpointe, and I have to tell you about it. The setup hooked me straight away. Kara Vale is a young witch with a very strange job. Instead of brewing potions in a remote forest or battling ancient curses, she collects rent from supernatural creatures hiding in plain sight. Most fantasy shows take themselves way too seriously, but this series leans into the daily chaos of running an apartment building for monsters.
Every visit brings something completely unexpected. One minute Kara drops by a nail salon staffed by identical clones. The next, she is chasing a runaway white cooking pot through an apartment hallway or trying to figure out why an enchanted wallet refuses to hold dollar bills. Alongside the laughs, a genuine mystery starts taking shape. A charming tenant hides a dark secret inside his apartment, and glowing golden marks keep burning words into Kara's family ledger.

MY MONSTER TENANTS Episode Guide
EP 1: Identity Thief
Kara Vale introduces her unusual routine as a witch collecting rent from local monsters. She stops by a bustling salon where Six-O works across identical clones, then walks to a residential home with her friend. A handsome tenant answers the front door and hands over rent inside a glowing box. He seems polite, but he hides a black demonic tail behind his back. Once the women leave, the tenant walks over to a gagged man tied up on his floor. He swallows the captive human whole using dark shadow magic.
EP 2: The Upright Key
Back in her study, Kara inspects the black cube paid by her tenant. A tiny mushroom creature with bird legs sneaks inside her bag. Kara chats on a video call with a woman who warns her to establish boundaries. Kara draws chalk lines around the box on her wooden table. After a wooden clip causes a spark against the cube, Kara empties her bag and finds a brass key. Suddenly, the key stands upright by itself. Kara locks the box into a drawer, but the standing key turns toward her closed door.
EP 3: The Picky Pot
A white cooking pot with four legs scurries across the floor, and Kara chases it down the hallway for rent. Two tenants assist her. A woman in glasses blocks the stairs with a magical blue barrier, while a blonde tenant tries offering takeout food. The pot ignores the meal and scurries straight into a kitchen. It leaps onto a stove where a three-headed dog is preparing dinner. The pot chooses its own home. Kara opens her record book to log the incident. A glowing lightning mark burns beside the word HOME.
EP 4: Snitch Plant
Kara sits on the rooftop terrace with her friend, complaining about a magical plant. The flower is a snitch that blooms whenever she experiences a crush. Her friend sketches the plant until a man in a black coat walks out onto the roof. The moment he passes by, pink flowers explode into full bloom across the pot. Kara groans in defeat. Before they head downstairs, the friend spots a small mechanical bird on the deck. Both women notice a strange new bud growing among the pink blossoms.
EP 5: Glitter Bandit
Panic breaks out at the nail salon when a stylist discovers all her glitter has vanished. Kara searches the room and catches the culprit under a desk. It is a small pig covered in sparkles. Kara snaps her fingers, and the creature sneezes glitter over the entire shop. The piglet then begins collecting rhinestones instead of eating them, neatly placing them inside a storage organizer. The pig suddenly burps up a brass crescent moon artifact. The stylist denies owning the item, leaving Kara puzzled about where it came from.
EP 6: Paws and Claws
The three-headed puppy visits the nail salon for an appointment. The manicurist insists on applying only one design, but each of the three heads selects a completely different style. Arguments flare up until a woman in a suit bangs a gavel for order. Kara suggests a compromise based on the puppy's shared body. The manicurist combines all three requests into a single unified claw collection. Everyone leaves happy. Before walking out, the woman in the suit leaves a golden crescent moon ornament on the counter as payment.
EP 7: The Picky Wallet
Kara and a woman in a suit sit at a coffee shop table with a ghost tenant. Between them lies an enchanted leather wallet with closed eyes. The ghost tenant attempts to insert cash, but the wallet spits the bills back out. Kara and her companion try feeding it their own coins, yet the wallet rejects their magical money too. They trade with the barista for normal pocket change. The wallet happily swallows the regular coin and falls asleep snoring. Kara opens her ancient book, where gold light writes HOME.
