Raymond stares at Vanessa's death certificate and fakes deep sorrow. Dr. Cara Morrison hands him a glass of drugged water, but Raymond shatters it on the floor. He claims Vanessa wanted full body and organ donation, then calls the transplant unit to send surgeons to room 308 immediately. Cara rushes out to alert an accomplice as a medical worker wheels an organ cooler toward the room.
Raymond acts distraught while holding Vanessa's death certificate. Dr. Cara Morrison brings him a glass of water, which he recognizes as the sedative from his past life. He pretends to take a drink, then throws the glass onto the tiles.
Raymond tells Cara that Vanessa wanted all of her organs donated. Kara tries to stop him, but Raymond ignores her objections. He dials the hospital transplant department and tells the surgeons to report directly to VIP room 308 right away.
Kara claims Vanessa's mother has to give permission for organ donation, then bolts into the corridor to make a phone call. Raymond bends over Vanessa's bed. He whispers directly to his wife that their dangerous game has just begun.
Kara flees down the hall and calls an accomplice, screaming about the harvest. She drops against the wall when a medical worker pushes an organ cooler toward the room. Raymond stands watching her with a calm smirk on his face.
“She wanted to donate her body and every organ she could. As her husband, I'll honor that wish.”
“My wife was declared brain dead at St. Mary's. She's a donor and I approve the donation. VIP room 308. Send your team now.”
“Vanessa, the game just started. Let's see how still you lie when they cut you open.”
“That lunatic wants to donate Vanessa's body and every organ. I can't stop him. They're coming to cut her open alive, hurry!”
Dr. Cara Morrison collapses in terror in the hallway as the hospital worker pushes the organ transport cooler toward room 308. Raymond watches her breakdown with a cold smirk. Will Kara's accomplice arrive in time to stop the harvest, or will the surgeons cut Vanessa open while she is still sedated?
