Episode: 7
Attendants place the draped body of Vanessa Carter into a hospital hearse. Raymond Carter watches by the doors, vowing to hold a genuine funeral. Dr. Cara Morrison reaches the vacant room, spots the departing transport, and speeds after it. As they travel, Raymond pulls back the cover over Vanessa. He speaks the truth about Colton Asher and young Amy. Raymond lets Cara's calls ring out and tells the driver to move faster.
Workers load Vanessa's covered form into the hearse parked outside St. Mary's Hospital. Raymond stands nearby and looks on. He promises that Vanessa will receive a real funeral today instead of escaping him.
Dr. Cara Morrison sprints into the vacated hospital room. She looks through the window and sees the hearse driving off into the distance. Panicking about the furnace, she dials Raymond on her phone while running through the hallway.
Raymond pulls the cloth away from Vanessa's head. He leans over her and reveals he knows she is alive. He mentions Colton Asher and states Amy is Colton's child. Paralyzed on the gurney, Vanessa lets a single tear slip.
Dr. Cara Morrison navigates traffic at high speed in her car. She shouts at her phone, desperate for Raymond to pick up. She worries that if Vanessa burns, nobody will pay her the hundred thousand dollars she is owed.
Raymond displays Cara's incoming call right before Vanessa's open eyes. He refuses to take the call. He instructs the driver to pick up speed toward their destination and tells Vanessa that he will see her in hell.
“Vanessa you faked your death to escape me today i'm giving you a real funeral”
“No damn you Raymond he's taking Vanessa to the furnace”
“I know about you and Colton and i know Amy is his child”
“Vanessa my dear wife see you in hell”
Raymond dismisses Dr. Cara Morrison's incoming call and holds the glowing screen before Vanessa's eyes. He orders the hearse driver to accelerate toward the crematorium. Leaning down, Raymond whispers that he will see his wife in hell. Can Dr. Cara catch up to the speeding hearse in time to stop Raymond from incinerating Vanessa alive?
