Luna tapes a dressing to Rowan's wounded arm in his harbor office, and Rowan steadies her shaking hand. Luna washes blood from her hands and checks encrypted messages from Kaito Mori. Mori asks what the victim said before dying. Luna replies that she could not hear. A man calls Luna downstairs to Rowan's office. Rowan investigates who confirmed their departure, and the scarred bodyguard names Rowan, Gideon Shaw, and Luna.
Luna tapes a fresh dressing onto Rowan's wounded arm while her hands tremble. Rowan reaches out and steadies her hand, asking if this was her first time under fire. The two hold an intense gaze across the desk.
Luna stands alone over a sink with the faucet running. She scrubs the dark blood from her hands and watches the red water rinse down the drain after trying to save the dying assistant at the shipyard.
Back at her desk, Luna opens encrypted texts from Kaito Mori. Mori asks in Japanese what the victim said before dying. Luna realizes Mori already knew about the death and replies that she could not make out the words.
A man opens the door to Luna's room and interrupts her. He tells her that Rowan wants everyone downstairs immediately. Luna puts away her encrypted messages and heads out to join the rest of the team.
Rowan reviews documents at his desk and asks who had confirmation about the departure. The scarred bodyguard names Rowan, Gideon Shaw, and Luna. Luna points to Gideon's scheduling team, and Gideon quickly defends his staff.
“First time under fire?”
“Yes.”
“Mori heard the recording. Who had confirmation we were actually going?”
“My staff arrange every departure.”
