Elena rushes into the apartment crying and shows pictures to defend herself. Silas immediately drops Clara's hand and turns to Elena. Clara remembers several past instances where Silas and Elena left her out of activities. She announces that she is done with both of them. When Elena suggests having the wedding tomorrow, Clara slaps her for disrespecting her mother's death anniversary. Silas angrily shoves Clara into a shelf, cutting her hand on glass.

Episode 4 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Elena Arrives at the Apartment

    Elena bursts into the apartment in tears. Silas drops Clara's hand right away. Elena holds up her phone to show photos of the trip. She claims her social media posts with Silas were completely harmless interactions between two close friends.

  2. 00:19: Memories of Being Excluded

    Clara remembers past trips with Silas and Elena. She recalls them walking ahead down the street without her. They ordered meals together and rebooked their airport flights while leaving Clara completely out of the plans on multiple occasions.

  3. 00:40: Clara Ends the Relationships

    Clara looks at Silas and Elena. She quietly tells them she is completely done with both of them. Elena starts crying harder. She grabs Clara's hand and begs her not to walk away from their long friendship.

  4. 00:51: Memories of Childhood Promises

    Clara remembers their childhood in a run-down apartment building. She sneaked food to Elena despite suffering beatings from her own father. Back then, Elena took Clara's hand and swore she would always protect Clara from harm.

  5. 01:09: Elena's Suggestion and Violent Outburst

    Elena proposes that the wedding happen tomorrow instead. Remembering that tomorrow is the anniversary of her mother's passing, Clara slaps Elena across the face. Silas reacts violently, shoving Clara into a shelf. Shattered glass from a frame cuts Clara's hand.

Clara sits on the floor with blood dripping from her hand after broken glass cuts her skin. Silas ignores her injury and aggressively yells in her face, asking if she has lost her mind over getting married. Will Clara finally walk out the door, or will Silas continue to defend Elena?
