Kane claims Felix as his future queen, but Felix rejects him because he is male. Felix runs away, dropping his wooden healer badge. Kane keeps the badge. After a snake beastman insults Felix, Kane attacks him and demands a background check. Felix meets Annie on a mountain path and promises to marry her once he is a qualified healer. Later, Kane finds Felix in town and invites him on a date. Felix runs again.
Kane holds Felix and tells him he is his future queen and mate. Felix says he is male and cannot be a mate, then he runs away. Felix drops his wooden healer badge, which Kane picks up from the ground.
A snake beastman transforms into human form and mocks Felix. Kane strikes the subordinate to the ground. Kane tells him he cannot judge his future queen and orders him to find out everything about Felix's background within thirty minutes.
Felix meets up with Annie. He talks about his difficult job search and the strange man he encountered in the woods. Annie encourages him, and Felix promises that once he becomes a healer, he will marry her properly.
Kane rides a black dragon and lands in the middle of the town street. He stops Felix and invites him on a date. Felix refuses and runs away, while Kane watches him leave with a smile on his face.
“I should know the name of my future queen.”
“I'm male! Two males can't be mates!”
“Then who gave you leave to judge my future queen?”
“I may be waiting tables now, but I will become a real healer. Then I'll marry you with my head held high and give you the life you deserve.”
Kane tracks Felix down on the town street by riding his massive black dragon. He intercepts Felix and forces an invitation for a date. Felix ignores the request and runs away again. Kane watches him leave and smiles, confident that he will get what he wants. Can Felix truly escape from the persistent tyrant who seems determined to claim him?
