Episode: 7
On the rooftops of Greytower, Orion summons a giant blue ice dragon against Lucien. The beast ravages the town, but a rune-covered stone wall rises to protect a mother and daughter. Lucien casts off his beggar rags in golden flames to reveal his white-and-gold mage robes. He burns the dragon away with pillars of golden fire, gives Orion his real name, and blasts the enemy attack. Standing above, Lucien catches Leah's pendant.
Orion confronts Lucien high above the streets and tests his speed. Lucien dismisses Orion's skill. Orion summons a colossal blue ice dragon over Greytower, sending the freezing magical beast to rip through the skyline and terrorize the city.
Panicked citizens sprint through the alleys while an elderly nobleman stops to observe the intense magic surge. When the blast rushes toward an endangered mother and her daughter, a stone barrier covered in glowing runes erupts from the pavement to shield them.
Golden flames consume Lucien's dirty beggar rags on the roof. He steps forward in clean white-and-gold Grand Mage robes. Lucien summons huge pillars of golden fire into the night sky, completely surrounding the blue dragon and turning it to ash.
Orion stares in terror at the ruined spell and demands to know the opponent's identity. Lucien calmly states his name. Lucien unleashes another burst of magic, obliterating the remaining enemy attack in a giant skyward explosion over the buildings.
After the blast clears, a lost pendant drops through the air. Lucien reaches out and snatches it safely on the rooftop. Down in the open street, Leah and the surrounding citizens look up into the night, staring at him in disbelief.
“Match you? You're nowhere near my level.”
“What a strong magic surge... I had no idea Greytower held a master of such strength....”
“Who are you?!”
“Lucien?”
Lucien stands atop the Greytower rooftop with the recovered pendant safely in his hand. Below him, Leah and the stunned townsfolk stare up at the brilliant figure in white-and-gold robes. Now that Leah has seen his real face and Grand Mage magic, will she confront her beggar husband about the truth?
