I Stopped Fighting, She Panicked EP 1

Episode: 1

Episode 1 recap: Serena Steps Aside

Serena Sinclair returns from a year abroad and walks into a penthouse suite. Her foster sister, Stella, is wearing Serena's custom engagement dress. The family immediately defends Stella, warning Serena not to upset her, while fiancé Lucian stays silent by the window. Stella weeps about her wrist scars and how Lucian cared for her during her illness. Remembering how the family exiled her for a year after Stella cut her wrist over a brooch, Serena stays calm. She pulls off her diamond engagement ring, hands it to Stella, and decides to stop fighting.
