Episode 2 recap: Refusing to Take Back the Ring

Lucian tries to smooth things over with Serena in the penthouse living room. He dismisses Stella taking the ring as a harmless, emotional impulse and tells Serena to take the ring back. Serena remembers how she used to cry, block calls, and argue over Stella, which only made everyone label her petty and jealous. Refusing to repeat the past, Serena tells Lucian that the ring belongs to Stella now and advises him to stand beside her foster sister. Lucian loses his temper and demands to know why she must speak to him that way.
