Mercedes refuses to kneel, so Adrián demands monetary compensation from the Vega family. Lucía adds her own demand for emotional distress damages and officially cuts ties with them. She wheels Adrián out to the luxury car. Inside, Lucía displays her scratched arm, and Adrián gives her his civil lawyer's card. Lucía then complains that her earring is hurting. When Adrián leans in to unclasp the jewelry, Lucía pulls him into a kiss.
Mercedes refuses to drop to her knees, so Adrián demands compensation instead. Lucía insists on additional payment for emotional distress and cuts all ties with her family. She tells Adrián the show is over and wheels his chair outside.
Mateo drives them away in the luxury car. Lucía shows Adrián the scratch on her arm from the banquet fight. In response, Adrián hands her his civil lawyer's contact card so she can settle matters with the Vega family.
Lucía complains that her earring hurts and asks Adrián to remove it for her. Adrián leans close and carefully works on the clasp. Lucía takes advantage of the close distance and pulls him into a sudden, passionate kiss on the lips.
“Entonces paguen una compensación.”
“Marido, ya se acabó el espectáculo. Vámonos.”
“¿Me lo quitas, por favor?”
The episode ends right as Lucía pulls Adrián into a passionate kiss inside the car while he unclasps her earring. He is caught completely off guard by her sudden forwardness. How will Adrián react to her intimate move, and will this finally convince him that her loyalty to him is genuine?
